The complainant has requested information from Mid and East Antrim Council (“the Council”) in relation to the office relocation of the Council’s Chief Executive in 2014.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied section 14 (1) of FOIA to the request. The Commissioner therefore requires no steps to be taken.
