Thames Valley Police withheld the information, citing sections 30(1) (investigations and proceedings) and 40(2) (personal information) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that Thames Valley Police was entitled to rely on section 30(1)(a)(i) to withhold the information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision. Information Tribunal FTT EA/2022/0080 appeal dismissed.
