Greater Manchester Combined Authority

The complainant has requested copies of correspondence regarding individuals in relation to Sexual Harm Prevention Orders. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Greater Manchester Combined Authority was entitled to withhold the information on the basis of section 36(2).
