The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) provided some information but withheld the remainder, citing section 40(2) (personal information) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the MoJ was entitled to withhold the information by virtue of section 40(2). The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
