The complainant made a request for the overall cost to the BBC of a Deprivation Study. The BBC refused to disclose the requested information under section 43(2) FOIA. The Commissioner considers that the BBC was incorrect to apply section 43(2) FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the information withheld under section 43(2) FOIA.
