The complainant requested information from Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council (“the Council”) relating to two specific drawings. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to rely on section 40(2) (personal information) of the FOIA to refuse to provide the information requested in question 1 of the request.
The Commissioner is also satisfied that on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold the information requested in questions 2 and 3 of the request.
