The complainant has requested copies of FOI Round Robin List maintained by Cabinet Office (“CO”) and circulated to Whitehall departments. CO withheld the information and relied on section 14(1) (vexatious request) of FOIA as its basis for doing so.
The Commissioner’s decision is that CO have correctly relied on section 14 of FOIA to withhold the information. He does not require CO to take any steps.
