The complainant has requested copies of invoices received by Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust), relating to Annex 6 of the Trust’s constitution (relating to the Council of Governors) and the Trust’s Nominations and Remuneration Committee. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust breached section 10(1) of FOIA by failing to provide a valid response to the request within the statutory time frame of 20 working days.
