The complainant has requested information redacted from the Council’s response to a subject access request. The Council relied on regulation 13 of the EIR, on the basis that the requested information is third party personal data. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to rely on the exception at regulation 13 in respect of the withheld information.
