The complainant requested from North Yorkshire County Council (the Council) information regarding Long Lane and Selby Road, Wistow. The Council provided information to the request but with some redactions as it constitutes third party personal information, and therefore relied on regulation 13(1) of EIR. It also confirmed it does not hold further information within the scope of the request.
