The complainant has requested from Oxford Spires Academy (“the school”) information regarding GCSE mock exam results. The school refused that request under section 40(2) of FOIA (personal data) as it considered that disclosure would identify individual students. The Commissioner’s decision is that the school correctly applied section 40(2). The Commissioner does not require the school to take any steps.
