The complainant has requested copies of direct correspondence and communication between Boris Johnson and Evgeny Lebedev, during the period between 1 May 2020 and 1 August 2020.
The Commissioner’s decision is that, on balance of probability, the public authority does not and did not, at the time of the request was made, hold official information within the scope of the request.
