London Borough of Tower Hamlets (the Council) provided some information and stated other information was exempt under regulation 12(4)(e) (internal communications) of the EIR. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied regulation 12(4)(e) to the remaining withheld information. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps.
