The complainant has requested copies of all edicts issued to government departments by the Clearing House during 2019. The Cabinet Office confirmed that they did not hold the requested information.
The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Cabinet Office does not hold the requested information. The Cabinet Office have therefore correctly complied with their duty under section 1(1)(a) of the FOIA.
The Commissioner does not require the Cabinet Office to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
