The complainant has requested information with regards to the Valuation Office Agency (the VOA) council tax database. The VOA refused the request under section 44(1)(a) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the VOA is correct to refuse the information under section 44(1)(a) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require any steps.
