The complainant has requested from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities information about the salary and job evaluation scoring for a post. The DLUHC withheld the requested information under section 43(2) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the DLUHC was not entitled to withhold the requested information under section 43(2).
