The complainant requested from BEIS a copy of the text message sent from
David Cameron to Nadeem Zahawi referenced in the Office of the Registrar of
Consultants Lobbyists (ORCL) investigation.
The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the public
authority did not hold any further information falling within the scope of the
requests.
The Commissioner does not require BEIS to take any further steps in this case.
