The complainant has requested information relating to a grant awarded during the pandemic. Arts Council England (‘ACE’) disclosed information but also withheld information. The Commissioner’s decision is that: on the balance of probabilities, ACE has identified all information within the scope of the request and the majority of the withheld information can be withheld.
The Commissioner requires ACE to take the following steps: disclose a copy of the grant withdrawal report with the information identified by the Commissioner, and all personal data, redacted.
