The complainant has requested information about an incident that occurred at a kennels facility in 2009, from the Metropolitan Police Service (the “MPS”). The MPS advised that it does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the civil standard of the balance of probabilities, no information is held.
