The complainant has requested various pieces of information about officers and staff at two named police stations from the Metropolitan Police Service (the “MPS”). The MPS has advised that to ascertain whether or not it holds the requested information would exceed the cost limit, citing section 12(2) of FOIA.
The Commissioner’s decision is that it was entitled to do so. No steps are required.
