The complainant submitted a request to the Business Services Organisation (BSO) for information relating to the general legality of personal data sharing as part of the Northern Ireland Electronic Care Record.
The Commissioner’s decision is that BSO was entitled to rely on section 12(1) of FOIA to refuse the request and that it also met its obligations under section 16(1) of FOIA.
