Cabinet Office

The complainant submitted a request to the Cabinet Office for Boris Johnson’s diary for September 2021. The Cabinet Office responded by advising that they considered the request to be vexatious and therefore they refused to comply with it on the basis of section 14(1) of FOIA.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the Cabinet Office was entitled to rely on section 14(1) to refuse to comply with the request.
No steps are required.
