The complainant submitted a request for information regarding expenditure for a local park project to Lydd Town Council (the Council). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to rely on section 14(1) (vexatious request) of FOIA to refuse to provide the requested information. First-tier tribunal (General Regulatory chamber) information rights appeal EA/2023/0388 appeal dismissed.
