Chapel-en-le-Frith Parish Council

The requester posed a 20-point request for information contained in emails between named councillors and third parties. Chapel-en-le-Frith Parish Council (the Council) advised that the three councillors concerned had confirmed that they do not hold any information in scope of the request. The Commissioner’s decision is that he is satisfied on the balance of probabilities that the Council does not hold information in scope of the request.
The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps as a result of this decision. First-tier tribunal (General Regulatory chamber) information rights appeal EA/2023/0404 appeal dismissed.
