The complainant requested information relating to a health and safety complaint. The Information Commissioner’s decision is that the information requested is exempt from disclosure under section 31(1)(g) by virtue of section 31(2)(c), and the public interest favours maintaining the exemption. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
