The complainant has requested information about resurfacing work carried out
on a section of the M6 motorway after an incident. The Commissioner’s decision
is that, on the balance of probabilities, National Highways does not hold the requested information and there has been no breach of regulation 12(4)(a) of the EIR. The Commissioner does not require further steps as a result of this decision notice.
