The complainant requested information from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities relating to loan guarantees. The DLUHC withheld the information under section 43(2) (Commercial sensitivity). The Commissioner’s decision is that the DLUHC was entitled to rely upon section 43(2) to withhold the information.
