Liverpool Hope University

The complainant has requested information from Liverpool Hope University (“the University”) in relation to a specific code from the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (“UCEA”). The University refused to provided the requested information, citing section 41 of FOIA – information provided in confidence. The Commissioner’s decision is that the University was entitled to rely on section 41 of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require any steps as a result of this decision notice.
