The complainant has requested information from the University of Central Lancashire (“the University”) in relation to communications between a specific Professor and the Queen’s University Belfast (“QUB”). The University advised that it does not hold the requested information for the purposes of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the information sought by the complainant is not held by the University for the purposes of FOIA and that the University is entitled to rely on section 3(2)(a) of FOIA.
