NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board (‘the public authority’) disclosed some information in response to the request, applied section 21 (information reasonably accessible to the applicant via other means) to some information and denied holding other information. The Commissioner’s decision is that: the public authority has fully complied with its obligations under section 1 (general right of access to information) of FOIA. The public authority was correct to apply section 21 to the information it did. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
