The complainant has requested information from the Cabinet Office. The Cabinet Office has cited sections 23(1), 26(1)(b) and 27(1) of FOIA as a basis for non-disclosure.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the Cabinet Office has correctly applied section 23(1) of FOIA, which applies to the entirety of the requested information.
Therefore the Commissioner requires no steps to be taken by the Cabinet Office.
