The complainant submitted two requests to the Cabinet Office seeking information relating to a historical archive. The Cabinet Office refused both requests on the basis of section 14(1) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Cabinet Office is entitled to refuse both requests on the basis of section 14(1) of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
