The complainant requested information held by Bristol City Council (the Council) relating to websites it operates.
The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the civil standard of the balance of probabilities, the Council has provided all the information it holds falling within the scope of the request and that it has complied with its obligations under section 1(1) of FOIA.
However, in failing to respond to the request within 20 working days, the Commissioner has found a breach of section 10(1) of FOIA.
The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
