The complainant submitted a follow-on request for information regarding councillor’s email addresses used for Council business to Kelbrook & Sough Parish Council (the Council). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to rely on section 14(1) (vexatious request) of FOIA to refuse to provide the requested information.
