The complainant has made three requests for a variety of information, including procedures for Parliamentary Questions and meeting notes for a number of groups. The Department of Health and Social care (“the DHSC”) refused to comply with the requests, citing section 14(1) (vexatious) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the DHSC are entitled to refuse the requests under section 14(1). The Commissioner does not require further steps.
