The complainant has requested a number of completed High Profile Incident forms. The Home Office refused the request under section 31(1)(c), section 31(1)(g) and section 40(2). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Home Office is entitled to rely on sections 31(1)(c) of FOIA to refuse to disclose the withheld information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
