The complainant has requested CCTV footage of a ticket barrier area at Euston Station. Network Rail relied on section 24 of FOIA (national security), section 31 of FOIA (law enforcement) and section 38 of FOIA (health and safety) to withhold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that Network Rail is entitled to rely on section 24 of FOIA to withhold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
