The complainant has requested information regarding the staffing levels and absences, and names and positions of those employed at Bradford County Court between 17th of March 2022 until 6th of November 2023. The Ministry of Justice (the ‘MOJ’) refused the request citing section 40(2) of FOIA (third party personal information). The Commissioner’s decision is that the MOJ was entitled to rely on section 40(2) of FOIA to withhold the requested information.No steps are required as a result of this notice.
