General Medical Council

The complainant has requested information about Fitness to Practice Rule 17 (2g) successes at tribunal hearings. The General Medical Council (‘GMC’) refused the request under section 14(1) of FOIA (vexatious requests). The Commissioner’s decision is that the GMC was entitled to rely upon section 14(1) of FOIA to refuse the request. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
