Wyedean School and Sixth Form Centre

The Commissioner’s decision is that Wyedean School and Sixth Form Centre (WSSFC) doesn’t hold any information within scope of the two requests for information about an Ofsted inspection. Regarding the request of 30 November 2023, WSSFC didn’t comply with section 1(1)(a) and 10(1) of FOIA as it didn’t confirm it doesn’t hold this information within the statutory time limit.
