Education Authority Northern Ireland

The complainant has requested correspondence between the Education Authority and schools regarding gender identity issues. The Authority provided a link to published information and cited section 36(2)(b) (prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs) and section 40(2) (personal data) to refuse the remainder.
