Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (“the public authority”) refused to comply with the request, citing section 12 (cost of compliance exceeds appropriate limit) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that: the public authority was correct to refuse the request under section 12 and the public authority has complied with its section 16 (advice and assistance) obligations.
