Department for Infrastructure (Northern Ireland)

The complainant has asked the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) for information about members of staff in the Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA). The Commissioner’s decision is that the DfI is entitled to withhold the information it holds under section 40(2) of FOIA as it is personal data of third persons (some being special category data) and disclosure would be unlawful.
The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
