Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire

The complainant has requested information about its staff from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire (“OPCC”). The OPCC has provided some information but refused to disclose the remainder, citing section 40(2) (Personal information) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that it was entitled to do so.
