The complainant has requested HRA to disclose information relating to the NextCOVE trial. HRA disclosed some information but withheld the remainder under section 43(2) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that section 43(2) of FOIA applies and the public interest rests in maintaining the exemption. He does not require any further action to be taken.
