The complainant requested disclosure of information relating to a consultation process from Bangor University (“the University”). The University refused to disclose the requested information, citing sections 43(2) and 41 of FOIA as a basis for non-disclosure.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the University has correctly applied the above exemptions to the requested information.
The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
