The complainant submitted a number of information requests spanning the period of 2022, 2023 and early in 2024 to Buckhurst Hill Parish Council (the Council) relating to Roding Valley Hall and Car Park. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold further information within the scope of the requests.
