The complainant made a request for the due diligence report relating to
a planned donation to Linacre College. The Commissioner’s decision is that the College was entitled to rely on section 41(1) of FOIA to withhold the information requested at part one
of the request and, on the balance of probabilities, does not hold information within scope at part two of the request. The Commissioner doesn’t require any steps as a result of this decision
notice.
