The complainant has requested information from Ealing Council (the Council) in relation to maintenance and repair records on a named property.

The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold any further information within scope of the request. However, he finds that the Council breached regulation 5(2) in respect of its late initial response.

The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps as a result of this decision.
