The complainant has requested information about the possible existence of indecent material on Ormiston Academies Trust’s systems. Ormiston Academies Trust (‘the Trust’) relied on section 14(1) of FOIA to refuse the request. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request was vexatious and therefore the Trust was entitled to rely upon section 14(1) of FOIA to refuse it. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
